I'm Dylan. I design and operate enterprise platforms and processes, most recently in the loyalty and integration space. Most of my work sits at the intersection of enterprise integrations, AI-driven automation, and operational process improvement.

I work on and build systems that consolidate multi-week, multi-handoff processes into single workflows one operator can run. The work spans engineering, product, vendors, and operations, and that breadth is the part I enjoy most.

Lately I'm focused on repeatability, designing platforms so other teams can extend them without my involvement, and so the next system someone builds and operates after me inherits the right defaults.

Off the clock, I tend to think about most things the same way. Whether it's my golf swing, table tennis stroke, or a side project, I want to understand the system before I try to optimize it. I need to know what the constraints are, where the failure modes are, and what's worth changing.
